I can cook for a couple, or a family, or an event where you’d like to explore your family roots, and the cuisine from your childhood. The aroma of food can bring instant visuals in your mind. We can talk about the menu, I will help you buy the produce, and land up at the place to cook it all up for you.

Take home tiffin service

I can cook 4 different dishes for you, or your family for the entire week!  Just refrigerate, heat and eat, and then order some more!

Hire the Chef for any of your events

I can do birthdays, anniversaries, a food festival, a church bazaar, weddings, business gatherings, a food and cultural show, anything that you can visualize, allow this chef to bring ideas, creativity, from far and wide, and all over the world, to add a phenomena of variety to the table.

Many people aspire to cook but are not willing to endure the patience it takes to make it through a dish. You essentially have to have a love to learn to cook, a passion to feed people, and the basic talent that you had in a chemistry laboratory. Gone are the days when food styling used harsh chemicals, and spray cans. Today’s food styling (except maybe in Ice cream or quickly melting perishables) uses real food, real ingredients, sourcing the correct fruits, vegetables, meat products, and accessories to make it the ultimate temptation visually and totally and completely saliva worthy drooling picture perfect…for advertising, marketing, online media.

Hire me to learn about the foods of the past, especially Goan cuisine

It’s not wishful thinking but reality. I want to keep the cuisine of Goa alive…you can be in your 60’s or in your 20’s…it’s never too late to learn a cuisine that is a blend of South Indian, Sri Lankan, and Thai notes. Goan food uses everything from coconut to spices to dried berries to make dishes and curries that are unlike anything else in the world.
What I learned from my Grandmas and my Mum .

Some of my signature dishes like Sorpatel (a spicy curry made of pork belly, liver, and a melange of spices that only gets better when you taste it in a week). You can also freeze it for over 6 months. Sorrak (a coconut milk orange color curry), Prawn balchao (a shrimp pickle), Chicken Cafreal (chicken made in a green chutney sauce), and a lot more…My Mum taught me how to make the best Shepherds pie, and Honey Butter bread pudding (with or without raisins). I am compiling all of these into an e-book titled “Recipes from Ancient Earthen Vessels”
